17. did WAY too much yesterday morning

digging out new flower beds. looked down at my arm and literally saw the sweat soak back INTO my skin.

knew i was in trouble then. stood up and damn near passed right out. the whole world was spinning.

made it inside and spent 30 minutes SITTING in the tub with the cold shower raining down.

drank water for 4 hours straight before i could pee.
