FIRST OF ALL Mr. Broonzbane, taking pictures of bridges has nothing to do with anything. If you want a picture of a bridge, it's easy enough to buy a postcard. Terrorists don't run around taking pictures of bridges. Tourists do. Architects do. Artists do. Your damn pedestrian overpass from ghetto A to ghetto B is not a terrorist target.

If I were a terrorist, I certainly wouldn't mount a tripod, pull out my clearly professional camera gear and take a picture of a bridge. I'd just snap a quick one using my cell phone camera. Terrorists do not lurk under every rock dumbfuck. The only pissant moaning about anything is broonzbane.
