FrontPage users: Need a little help

Is there an easy way to add text captions to graphics without having to put them on top of the text and thus changing all my JPEGs into GIFs? Any help is greatly appreciated.

God awful, non-viewable web-trash.
There are several web authoring tools available that are cheaper, much more powerful, and produce pages that are viewable by all browsers, and all OS's (Dreamweaver is good). Don't support Micro$hit, they are pure evil and almost wholly responsible for the clusterfuk that the www has become.
If that's not enough, they support the repugs.

8. How about adding the caption to the image itself using Paint?

Open the image into paint, add extra space at the bottom, insert the text, then draw a box around it and resave.

9. Yeah, it's a three-step procedure

Step 1: Go to "Install/Remove Programs" and remove FrontPage.
Step 2: Buy copy of ANY OTHER WEB DESIGN PROGRAM, install same.
Step 3: Open piece-of-shit FrontPage files, resave as real HTML, add captions to graphics.
