Edit: Okay, I would not find the thread with the guy who made the video wall for a right wing convention and "customized" the images. If anyone can find the thread, please post the link.

Basically the guy pulled a little prank and was planning something a little more impactful (but my no means dangerous). He posted too much info about the convention, i.e. the city, state and facilty name perhaps, and Freepers called the facility to warn them. The facility tracked the DUer's employer down and he ended up getting fired. I think his handle is WallGuy.

Some of our customer's customers are international, and it seems very common for Asians to adopt an "American" name for use with non-Asians. Danny Fujimoto or Lance Ng or whatever. I think it's an attempt to be considerate to us stupid Americans who can't pronounce a foreign name properly to save our lives.

I think giving you his "real name" is probably to be considered a compliment.

It fouls me up sometimes because they'll place the order using their Asian name, then contact me for a follow-up using just their American first name... So I'm searching for "Danny" when it's actually under Wuji or something...
