From last November until just a few weeks ago, I would just get too depressed to pay attention. But it's like a wreck on the highway, sometimes ya gotta look.
Recent developments, on the other hand, have elevated my mood considerably. It's like Watergate again. And even worse than Iran/Contra (which was kinda disappointing in the end). But this is a spectacular wreck in the making, and I intend to watch every bone-crunching moment.
