1. Move to the desert, maybe?
I'm on my fourth Sudafed of the evening (no congestion, but excessive sniffles thanks to allergies/air quality/too much exposure to air conditioning)...the only things I can think of are other antihistamines, like Claritin (but that's about 2x more $ than Sudafed, even for generics)...

2. that crap's not good for you
I have sinus probs too, and asthma type probs, but the sudafed, and the eprinephren pills are bad news.

it raises blood pressure, heart rate.

But I can't go a day without the Primatene. Use it hourly most of the time.

3. my allergies are terrible too!
I take allegra 12-hour, but I can only take it at night because it makes me so sleepy. Agh, I think my house is a high mold zone.

4. Is it caused by allergies?
If so, use Nasalcrom. It's over the counter and reduces reaction to allergens. Takes about a month to work. Also, use a hepa filter by your bed. I got tremendous relief this way.

Then, my number one is to rinse your nasal passages with saline solution. Make it with about a 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 teaspoon salt and a pinch of baking soda. It's horrible but it works.

7. If it's your nose that's stuffed up.
get a good 12 hour nasal spray. Just don't use it more than 4 or 5 days.
