To drown grief in alcohol?

I'm thinking about pulling a serious bender tonight.

1. Not if you do it occasionally...

IMO if you did it every day, then I say theres something up... If just a weekend, or hell, get annhiliated tonight, no biggie. Most of my childhood was involved w alcoholics, so I know what its like.

2. Not if you don't have a problem with alcohol. A lot

of people will drink b/c of stress, happiness, sadness. Just don't go overboard b/c alcohol can intensify the sadness! And it is not a thing that should be done every time you are sad.

3. Sure it's wrong

But sometimes you really do have to get out of your head to deal with life. Just make sure it isn't your first choice

And remember ... alcohol might give you a break, but it won;t deal with the grief.
