I recently got Retrospective (with the bonus disk) and it's muy bueno.

It's just packed with great songs. "Blood Makes Noise" was the reason I bought it, but it's all pretty amazing. My kids always ask for "Monkey in the Middle" when I play it in the car. "If You Were In My Movie" is one of my favorites...

15. i liked her way back at her album w/Small Blue (2nd album?)

and love love love Left of Center. But after a few concerts, she came off as so snotty (said things that were sort of anti-lesbian, and dissed Madonna in a really mean spirited way), I stopped liking her. Tho I still like her old songs "Marlena Watches from the Wall" and "Calypso."

When she's not being a dick, she comes off as a smart English major, which is what she was.
