I am so sore this morning I can hardly move.
Saturday we went to the Omaha zoo for the day. Really bad planning since it is right across the street for the college world series.
We walked around the zoo all day, me carrying my 3 year old nephew most of the day.
Then yesterday we put up new sheet rock in our bathroom. I am getting too old to work that hard.

3. Soak

4. Take an ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatory painkiller

Hope this helps you feel better!

3. Did basically that yesterday.
Unfortunately I have to work about 9 1/2 hours today.
Oh well, nothing tonight besides relax, bath & bed.
