Speaking of MJ, Is the longer the jury takes to decide a plus or minus for
him? Which way would length of deliberation time go? I think innocent would take less time because they would be more careful with guilt but considering the nature of the crtime maybe not!

bits I read showed a inadequate prosecution but I think the prosecution kicked Messereau's butt in closing. His argument were really effective and Messereau shot himself in the foot by promising more than he could deliver. The celebrity testimony hurt the defense as they didn't say what the defense thought they would. It became a draw with the closing! Whatdayathink?
after a lifetime spent in courtrooms, I really don't get any kind of buzz watching second-hand replications on TV - especially if I'm not getting paid.

I read it and it was better than anything else in the trial! It also had a lot of bells and whistles that I couldn't see. Really effective use of media. I think it is an even money shot. I just don'y know. Jackson should get help either way. And he shouldn't be near childen!

I personally think that, whether he's a pedophile or not, Jackson opened himself to the charges, and the families are fucking sharks. Everyone is guilty in this case.
