Evening folks... can you help with a small survey that I need to do?

The afternoon Loungers were absolutely fantastic about this, and I'm more than halfway there. Here's my story...

I lost my job in September and I'm working on a project that will help me to get a bit of funding to start up a small business. One of the requirements is that I do a small market research survey. I'd be ever so grateful to anyone who could click the link and fill out the survey. It is very short, should only take a minute or 2 and its completely anonymous.
