Computer security question.
My daughter was wanting to order something on-line. When I clicked to buy something it brought up a window that did not have a toolbar at the top to display the https and there was no padlock. I e-mailed the site and asked if it was secure and they wrote back and said they were secured by Verisign but it was just not displayed on the site. This makes me uncomfortable. What do you think? They also have a phone number to call, which I guess would be safer.

1. If there's no padlock, and no HTTPS, Make the Phone Call.
They can say they're secured by Verisign all they want, but words are cheap. Your Identity Isn't.
