5-Legged Calf Born (PIC)

This photo provided by rancher Shane Jennings shows a 5-legged, 6-hooved calf that was born last week on a ranch east of Tucumcari, N.M. The calf, a Limousin heifer owned by Orlando Romero of Sapello, N.M., was delivered naturally and is in otherwise good physical condition. (AP Photo/Shane Jennings)

4. While not commonplace, birth defects of this type occur.....
...with predictable frequency in newborn calves. They also occurr with predictable frequency in humans and just about all other life forms. It's just nature at work. In fact, mutations that produce "abnormalities" like this may be the chief drivers of evolution, if the change proves to be useful and is then perpetuated through natural selection.

I am a livestock farmer.

5. COOL! We're evolving KICKSTANDS!
Next on American Chopper, the Farm Theme bike runs into problems, and it's a race to beat the deadlines - tempers flare, frustration sets in

Will the guys at OCC finish the Cow Bike in time?

8. Only 5? Please...
It takes 7 legs to gain any sort of mutant-notoriety these days.

10. Tip: Don't drink the water from there
'Cause heaven only knows what sort of shit in the environment caused that, and what it would do to humans.
