Of all the settings on my washing machine, the one I really WANT
...is one for an automatic extra SPIN. Not rinse.

2. i know this is out of reach for most...
but we saved and saved and bought the kenmore h33t (i think) washer/dryer combo.

the washer has such a cycle on it (which makes the dryer work less)

but what we have found the best part is:
the washer is a front loader. a large size top loader uses about 45 gallons per load. the kenmore uses about 15 gallons per load. we have seen our water usage cut by HALF since we bought this. HALF. we couldnt believe it.

7. I bought a front load washer too
And I love it. Plus has the added perk that you add everything on side pannel... detergent, softener, bleach in their seperate little spaces all at the same time.

Spent too much money on what I should be paying for a washer and dryer but I know I'll have it for a long time and now I don't bitch as much doing laundry! :)
