Worst. Rap. Song....EVER
OK, I usually have the oldies station on here in the store, but they air NASCAR, which is neither pleasing to the customers or us, so on Sat nights I end up on the top 40 station that plays this syndicated "open house party" show.

I don't know the name of the song, or the "artist" but the gyst of it is (I'm paraphrasing):

Guy: It's getting so hot in here, baby why don't you take your clothes off

Girl: I'm getting so hot I think I'll take my clothes off

OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER!!!!!

:banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

God, I was almost slamming my head against the counter. Worse than a porno soundtrack - which has gone to hell these days to. No more 70's style wha-wha boom chick-a-boom.

I must be getting old.

1. Oh my, you've never heard that?
That's Nelly, and that's a ferociously awful earworm.

7. I've never forced you to listen to Nelly.
I did, however, infect you once with "Big Pimpin,'" and for that I apologize. :D

12. I guess I lead a sheltered life
I only work nights every other weekend, and I only leave the oldies station when they are playing sports.

ferociously awful earworm.

LOL!

Now I can't wait till I hear it again so I can torture my wife with it. She can't really hear the radio from the office (lucky her).

but pretty bad.

16. Oh, c'mon!
Like that's rap!

Sadly, though, I think Hot in Here was much worse than Ice, Ice Baby, which isn't bad, nearly as much as it is just light and fluffy.

4. It's getting hot in here, so take off all your clothes.
This song was in "Head of State" with Chris Rock and they always play it at events like weddings and such. I've heard far worse.

20. Well I certainly prefer Nelly to The Chicken Dance.
The women all do the Electric Slide to Nelly and look good even if I hate the music generally. No one looks good doing the chicken dance.

but it's gotta look better than the chicken dance.

23. Not for nothing but where do you live?
That has been a popular line/group dance for years. You must be out in the boonies somewhere.

26. Zanesville, Oh
But outside of the store, my wife and I are practically hermits. And when we used to have time to socialize, we did it mostly in our pagan circles. Lots of camping.

I heard he was booed by the press backstage after performing it at the Grammies. Only weeks after the RI club fire when he while performing that song he had a wall full of flames as his background.

11. Be thankful- at least it's not Barbie Girl.
Had that damn song in my head for hours yesterday.

"I'm a Babie girl, in a Barbie world,
wrapped in plastic, it's fantastic.
You can brush my hair, undress me anywhere...."

21. That's pretty bad...
and obnoxious...

But nothing will ever be worse than the time someone sent me a file... and tell me to listen once if I felt bold.

Well I'm always bold (And daring) so I listened to it. It was "Be A Man" By Ex-Professional Wrestling Macho Man Randy Savage from an ACTUAL RAP album he released. "shudders" What's even worse.. I got the chorus of it stuck in my head for a long time "shudders even more"
