For example, at out high school the mascot would be a horse but our nickname is the Chargers.

Wahpeton, North Dakota High School used to have the nickname "Wops". They had to change it to "Huskies" for obvious reasons.

Devils Lake, North Dakota also had to change their nickname. Theirs used to be the "Satans". They're now the "Firebirds". I wish they could've kept the "Satans" name. That was wicked cool.

Since Morristown was the military capital of the colonies during two winters of the Revolutionary War, our sports teams were all "Colonials".
