1. Odd indeed
That is almost cruel too but, I was circumcised when I was younger so I guess the parents can do it if they want?

3. this is our version of "totems"
--depressingly shallow and pathetic when corporate-designed icons like Batman and Strawberry Shortcake are treated with reverance, like someone's life-guide. JMHO.

4. Isn't this a form of child abuse?
I mean how can a baby say they WANT a tat? This is FUCKING insane!

5. This is a joke right?
This is wrong on so many levels! What parent in their right mind would take their babies to get tattoos? In addition to the pain involved, those kids don't realize that what they get on their bodies will be there forever(unless they undergo painful laser treatments).

7. I guess we really do need a nanny state
to protect some little kids from their stupid parents. I can only hope state legislatures will find a way to stop this.

I guess the tattoo parlors' business slows down when the parents run out of places on their bodies to tattoo, so the business has to find a new market. This is abusive and unnecessary.

was an April fools joke that just won't die. It keeps going and going and going and going and going and going.
