How to protect yourself 100% from identity theft
1. Only buy what you can afford to pay cash for so that you won't need any new credit from now on. Then...

2. Stop paying all your existing bills for a couple of months until your credit rating gets so bad nobody will WANT to steal your identity.

Nobody will be able to take out new credit cards in your name because no company in its right mind will issue you new credit cards.

Pretty simple, eh?

5. What's so hard? How about a catastrophic illness or accident after losing

your job? How about providing food for your children when you're barely able to pay your rent? Even though it isn't hard for me to not go into debt (I still have a job), I understand how some people can get into enormous financial trouble in this economy.

With health insurance costs out of reach for so many and lower wage jobs being created more slowly than the higher wage jobs disappear... what's so easy?

(On edit, I see you edited out your "What's so hard" post about not using credit cards or not taking payday loans... so, erm... never mind.)
