Who else is annoyed by "Ask me Anything" posts?

Nothing against the people who post them because I like you guys and gals but I have NEVER touched one of those threads and every time I see one I get annoyed and want to punch someone. :spank: Am I the only one?

2. The original idea was fine.

The originator of the "ask me anything" threads was rbnyc. She would come on DU during her lunch hour and take questions.

Of course, since half of the lounge is nothing but copycats, the "ama" threads gained a life of their own.

They're harmless, but they can get annoying if there are too many.
