She asks a lot of questions and searches through thousands of profiles to get the milestone lists. I also believe that a list of milestones reached is located on a list for which, I believe (don't quote me on this), the admins and mods send to NY99 so she can compile the list.

She also asks who has birthday, anniversary's coming up so she can make those lists.
