grilled, marinated chicken breasts in a green salad with Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar dressing....with garlic and sesame bread sticks on the side.......

pigged out on Italian food last night...gotta make up for it...

4. Don't be jealous. Most nights I just throw chicken nuggets and fries in

the oven.

I can give you the recipes for the lasagna, bread, and crisp, though. They aren't that hard to make if you have time for them. :)

Not all at once, of course :-). I see tons of cookbooks and receipt books, but something in my brain says -- "You've got other talents. Cooking isn't one of them."

I do try to eat healthy -- right now, I'm trying out a new cooking service. They made me six dinners that I just have to defrost and bake.

6. Now see, I am going to start getting food from Schwann's beause we can

finally afford it. The fajita chicken strips are good for an awful lot of meals, from fajitas (well, obviously), stir fry, pasta dishes, and my fave.. green salad (with horseradish cheddar cheese. Somehow that turned out to be a crucial ingredient.)
