7. Kenny died again. But this time it was for a purpose.

Because Kenny had become the champion of the Sony Playstation game "Heaven vs Hell", he was drafted by the angels in Heaven to help them win an actual war against Satan's invading Army.

Of course then, the doctors brought Kenny's body back to life, but he was brain damaged and needed a feeding tube. You can probably guess the rest.
