33. Omigod, at age 61 ( and not holding!) I'm older than all of you, and

my joints are a MESS! Esp. my right shoulder, which is full of nasty, bony spurs...This is what happens when you don't stand up straight, and when you have arthritis...I'm trying to fix my posture, but this is difficult at my age. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that these things happen, they are normal and natural; you just do the best you can with what you have, where you are! I'M NOT DEAD YET!!! And old is better than dead, IMHO!
