not so much a fan of chi chi gourmet pizzas though - just meats, shrooms, pineapple, cheese, black olives, and pan crust.

7. veggie white pizza, but HERE is my fave calzone fixin's to die for

fresh mozza + extra cheese, portabella mushrooms, caramelized onions, hot sausage, grilled red peppers, NO sauce of any kind.

It's sweet and savory and spicy all at once. YUM!

And now I am dying for one. :P

9. I just got back from

purchasing the most disgusting pizza for my son.

He has been ordering really nice pesto pizzas for a couple years now. Prior to his pesto kick he got pepporoni and sausage pizzas, lite on the sauce. This time I guess he was having a protein craving or something cause he ordered pesto, pepperoni, an sausage and ewwwwwww. . .it was just plain gross.

I love artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes on pizza.

Guess there's no accounting for taste.

my high school English teacher ran a pizzeria for a couple of years after he quit teaching, and boy did he make the best pizzas. Shame he sold that biz, but it was good while it lasted.

roasted red peppers, basil leaves, asiago, kalamata olives, red onions, sundried tomatoes. Damned Pagliacci's! spoiled me for life. one of my favourites of theirs is winter pear, with pear, gorganzola and walnuts. Who knew?
