1. Fascinating, mostly.

Sometimes weird or absurd, but mostly fascinating. It's interesting to me what motivates people and what they devote their time and energy to, and why.

It's almost hypnotic.

Although there is a guy I know that likes "Faces of Death" type video that he downloads. It seems to be a rather morbid subculture that I am unable to find anything other than repulsive.

I'm attracted to the lose-the-ego outlook on life, and fixations are all about carefully constructing the (or an) ego, it seems to me.
