Basically since the eyes are probably one of the first things you'll see on a woman and they really can be a striking thing. I have a hard time staring in to people's eyes but damn sometimes when I see a girl who I am attracted to, I sometimes can't get my eyes off her eyes, I of course may have to retreat my eyes a little so I dont get noticed.
