Spongebob-The Movie. Bought it for my son....

and he begged me to watch it with him this morning. I wasn't particularly excited about spending two hours watching a kid's movie, but, I have to say, it was GREAT!

Lots of humor that even adults would enjoy. Plus, it's the movie that the fundies condemned for promoting homosexuality--before they hit the Spongebob performance in the recently released diversity commercial.

I didn't know that Clancy Brown (Carnivale) provided the voice for Mr. Krabs until I watched the movie.

Pretty good movie. Even to someone who would much rather watch suspenses and thrillers. :-)

the end, when Patrick showed up in fishnets and stilettos! OMG! :D

3. And the Goofy Goober "bar" scene when SB and Patrick overindulged

in ice cream sundaes and then were hung-over the next morning. LOL!

2. It was WAY better than it had to be.

Favorite part: when the meanie chasing them shows them what a man he is and he grunts really hard and BAM! INSTANT MOUSTACHE!

I am surprised they didnt give it shit for "drug use", you know when Patrick and Sponge Bob are at Goobey Goober's, they get mad drunk off of ice cream.
