about it are the ones who will have to use the income as their primary income. The only thing the rich give a damn about it is if their FICA cap can remain as low as possible. The potential income of $1,200 per month means nothing. But, the 7.5% out of their exorbitant wages is a lot of change. In short, the rich want SS to go away. They stand to lose money on it and they couldn't care less about the needy.
