I am 34 today, hard to believe. My husband and I are going to have a few glasses of wine, or some good beer after our daughter goes to bed. :) Have any birthday wine or beer suggestions? I would like to have a great time tonight. Thanks!!!!
Splurge and get something French. (OMG I said the F word!) Americans don't know how to make good Champagne. Retail price (not restaurant price) for a really good one should be $60 to $80. But anything in the $40 range will be fine. Go for brut. Forget anything pink, it's too sweet. It should sparkle on the tongue and evaporate in a whisp of fruit.
If I could invite all of you to my humble home and have a DU birthday party I would. Sadly, I don't think through time changes and miles we could all meet tonight. But a party via the net is just as wonderful! Thank you!:yourock:
