When I worked at a deli down here in sunny snowbird heaven, Arizona. There were snowbirds who couldn't get enough of the stuff. In fact, it probably had something to do with me becoming vegetarian. As I recall, it didn't taste all that bad, just really fatty. Gross, though, of course, the thought of it.
