grown a 2nd chin and looked like you were about to give birth to a beluga whale, what's the fastest way to trim down the pounds?

1 month after mine, I've got this drooping thing under my chin and I looked in the mirror and nearly had a coronany. I may only be 223, but it's obvious that the weight is way, way too much for my frame. (How can a person look both thin and fat? Size 34 or 36 waist depending on pants maker, no less!)

I want to get back on my elliptical trainer, but as my surgery was in my neck, that would be dumb. So dumb that even * wouldn't do it. Well, probably... But I'd have to walk for months...

1. Were you given corticosteroids (like prednisone) while you were ill?

That's a classic side effect of that group of drugs. If so, you might talk to your doctor about this. There is a SMALL possibility your insurance company will pay for this to be corrected (plastic surgery).

My dad has had to deal with this after taking prednisone for years--and that's one of the better side effects, unfortunately.
