2. Different stories, different circumstances.
Kobe's story is much more violent, and the girl went right to the cops. If he is guilty, I hope he shares a cell with limpballs, rove, and a guy named Axehandle that is horny.

4. Has ahnold been charged with a crime??
Not that I know of - yet. If Kobe did indeed do what came out in the hearing yesterday he deserves to have the book thrown at him with no mercy. I don't give a shit who considers him an idol.

5. I am really up tight on this one,
Looks like a set up and he is going to take the fall. I think from what I have read she said yes, and after he looked like a good mark. I bet she asked for more and when he was done he said so long. This looks likw payback time .No means no but this really does not sound like she said no. Course in my age group you would never put your self in a mans hotel room, if you were smart.I am near 70.

7. Do you think a lot of girls make false rape accusations,
just because they couldn't "have more"? Seems to me if she wanted to be vindictive, she'd just blackmail him.

8. Maybe she said yes and then someone walked in
And she felt embarrassed and then decided to make it look like she was the victim.

I was wondering about the part where she said that she went running through the lobby screaming? and nobody heard her?

12. I may have phrased it wrong.
But how about if someone she knew walked in or found out about it right after it happened and she decided that she had done something wrong and decided to make it look like she was the victim? My roommate put this in my way of thinking. Just an opinion of course.

13. Well, no one is going to stone her or make her wear a big "A" on her chest
Many of people make mistakes like that, but they don't just blithely making criminal accusations to cover up their mistakes. That's an awful lot of trouble to go to - time off from work to testify, a medical examination, having to tell your family and friends.

I'm not saying Kobe is guilty, but I think the reason we have a legal system is to get to the bottom of incidents like this.

6. Can you really not see a difference here?
And, Kobe is innocent until proven guilty, which Arnold would be, too if he were on trial. So, I guess if a jury found Kobe guilty and then a separate jury found Arnold guilty, well, then, "yes," they should both go to jail.

11. Kobe-free newspaper!
Be sure to congratulate them - no Kobe coverage until the verdict.
