That is, I did until I wound up working for an s.o.b. who is now some kind of major slimethug for the Heritage Foundation. That experience - 8 years ago- was the final straw that convinced me that the field of journalism was being flushed down the can by corporate rightwingers.

And now I'm a tired old ex-journalist, wishing there was a 12-step Reporters Anonymous, writing stuff for brochures and newsletters and occasionally posting on DU.
