1. It's the Mustang Annex, and you only get the stuff, not the land

have to take all the stuff off the land once you have it, and the stuff is basically not so interesting - lots of sinks, desks, filing drawers, modular buidings, etc.

Bummers. Still, for a thousand bucks, it's a good deal at this point.
