Well, I'm a bit enigimatic...

so I have peeled a little off of the enigma.

Actually, I kinda lost interest in them around the time of "Auctung Baby", but was a pretty big fan before that. The 2 threads in GD about them today just put me over (cough cough) The Edge and the idiocy I see there on a regular basis now.

I'n going to go put "I Will Follow" into my overnight show tonight in tribute to them, though..

That was a nasty little storm we had yesterday, wasn't it?

We moved this week; I was watching the storm through my balcony as I was unpacking...

While I take it you moved when it was warm out, it was still pretty slushy. Nothing like trudging through that...

We almost moved last year, in January. Thank goodness we decided against it at the last minute, and our landlord was only to happy to let us stay, as the vacancy rate was high. It was -35 on our planned moving day.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment worth of crap stuffed into a 1 bedroom place; I knew it was time to move when I had to send out a search party to find the kitty so I could feed her!

I saw him play when he was in Shockabilly a lifetime ago in Clevo; I saw him on his own in Athens, Georgia about 15 years ago when he brought out his electric rake to do a few songs with!

I love all his stuff; "Country Protest" is probably my favorite record of his. I loved "Melody In C" on it; used to drive my friends crazy playing it...
