All riiiiiiight...I'll join the pet parade...

Here's my little girl, who I will be working into my sig. She's 2.5 or so, loving and funny. Never bitten anyone and loves to meet folks. Very quiet, very loving. Loves steak, chinese food, Salmon and asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce, hot peppers, showers and a good blow dry. In fact, she's just about the perfect pet.

Excuse me, I gotta go clean a cage. ;-)

10. Miggy.
Named by a retired Brigadier General(and liberal as all heck!) friend of mine, after the nickname for the Amiga Computer.

It's a loooooooooooooooooooong story...;-)

16. Our family Vet
has a grey parrot (sorry I don't know what kind) that greets people in the waiting room. It likes to taunt the dogs in the waiting room by repeating (endlessly) MEOW!

lol

13. No.
She is a female vos Maeri Eclectus. The all the females of the eclectus species are red with either blue or purple mixed in with some black. The vos Maeri females also have yellow tips on their tail feathers and yellow cloacal coverts. All eclectus males are green with candy-corn colored beaks.

If you were to draw a circle in the Indian Ocean, one that youched Indonesia and the northern tip of Australia, you would pretty well encompass the range of all seven sub-species of Eclectus.

Beautiful bird! My macaw (blue & gold) just screams at the blow dryer and the vacuum cleaner! She thinks both are running water. But she, too, adores a bath.

We have the daily screech fest when we clean the carpets.

15. When I vacuum...
She displays that she wants a bath.

Someone once said that the thoughts that run through the mind of an Eclectus are "Eat, Play, Bath, Bath, Eat, Eat, Play, Play, Play..." :D
