The smell of the food cooking is making me CRAZY.

I put a beef roast in the oven three hours ago to cook slowly all afternoon. The smell is divine. My appetite has been in overdrive!

I just pulled the roast out of the oven to look at it. It's gorgeous! I tasted it. It was so good I had to call my husband and ask how soon he could get home, and let him know the roast was melting like butter in my mouth.

"Oh, don't tell me that!" he said. He said he'd finish up and leave in about 15 minutes. :)
