Weather in Cambridge, MA?
I'm supposed to be going to a show at the ART, and I have to travel from southern NH. It's miserable up here, and I have little doubt it's the same there. But if you could let me know just how bad, so I can be absolutely certain I was right to stay put (and forfeit the money for the tix), I'd appreciate it.

4. Don't bother! They say it may be as bad as the Blizzard of '78
Public transport are running but slowly, snow drifts and ploughed stuff shoulder high on the main roads.

5. IT SUCKS
it is snowing really hard outside of my window, and there is nobody driving (my window overlooks JFK street, which is usually packed)

At least 2 feet of snow maybe, but I haven't gone outside.

16. Probably was
The box office doesn't answer, which means, I suspect, that no one went in. No surprise there.

We're not too bad here in terms of inches of snow, but the roads suck, and the blowing and drifting is worse than I've seen for some time.

Staying warm and toasty with the wood stove.

Thanks all.

14. Stay put!!!
You're doing the right thing by staying home. Visibility's crap, as are most roads.

Stay warm, have some cocoa & relax!!!

20. wow. sounds like you got it worse than we did in southeastern CT
and we supposedly got it the worst in the whole state of CT!! I just shoveled the long downnhill driveway and it was quite deep but doable. The wind is minimal with barely any drifting and the road in front of the house is plowed and sanded and people seem to be getting around no problem.

So much that her overgrown golden retreiver cant even go out and walk in it.
Makes you really appreciate San Diego.
