I'm so Proud of my Clueless Husband
While watching TV a few days ago, he asked, "Who is this Amber Frey person?" He pronounced it "fray." :)

Then he asked, "Why would anyone care about Brad Pitt and Jennifer Annawhatever?"

He came home from a weekend visiting his grandchildren, who have never been allowed to watch American television save for videos the parents select. One of the children stayed overnight at a friend's house and they watched television. The child came home scared because he saw someone killed on TV!

1. oh I like Mr. NJCher already
he sounds like my kind of guy.

The way I see it is if Mr. and Mrs. Pitt wanted me to know why they broke up THEY WOULD CALL ME AND TELL ME. It is very disconcerting the obsession people have with other folks' private lives, people they don't even know. Leave them alone already!

2. Mine is the same - and I love it!
He doesn't watch tv except for Star Treks. No sports, no crappy cable news.

I agree about the tv - my neices are allowed to watch anything and they love lifetime. So, of course they are emotional basketcase who have no self-worth. They only live for boys and shopping and have let their grades deteriorate. So sad.
