... I read an interview where she talked about the 'nose' twitch being an optical illusion and that she actually wiggled her mouth from side to side (along with clipping frames to make it look faster).

I can't stand Nicole Kidman.

But even I think that you can't get perfecter casting than she and Jim Carrey (who turned it down...uh...okay, Will Ferrell will be funny and I like him)... and Shirley McLaine as Endora. That's the truest casting I've ever seen. The nose twitch is kind of poor...but that's hard to do!
