One of the sickest/funniest things my kid just did.
It all started innocently enough.I make a big dinner on Sundays for us to enjoy some family time together.I being the selfish wench that I am made my favorite.Brussel sprouts.Well to say I love them but they do not love me is an understatement.I pay (or shall I say those close to me pay) dearly the next day.
I was in cleaning out my bedroom closet my 6 year old was reading a book the 11 year old was doing her homework.
I bent over to pick up some shoes and one leaked out.
I mean the air pressure changed in our house.
It was horrible.
My 11 year old (shes still somewhat engaged in potty humor) grabbed a hankie and said "gas mask gas mask" Danielle my 6 year old said "Mommy I have a gas mask too" I turned around and there she was wearing my husbands old cup over her face.

2. My favorite child story
When my son was about 10, he was chatting with me one day. He was always a bit of a dreamer and philosopher so he was talking about how much he liked to be alone at times.

He said, "You know, Mom, sometimes I like to play with my friends but other times I just like to play with myself."

I turned purple laughing and he turned purple with embarrassment because he realized as soon as he said it what he'd said. It was very funny. He's 17 now - I remind him of it every now and then.

The one about the "Brussel Sprout Souffle"?
I found out that I have to work late that night (until 4:00AM) so
sadly..I won't be able to make it. :)
