that i actually know the judge on the top ten this week!!!!!! what`s interesting is that the guy got the water balloon from another float. the people on the float were throwing balloon`s at the people in the crowd..it was hotter than hell that day... the whole dam thing was stupid. actually, the judge isn`t a bad judge and is pretty reasonable in his decisions in sentencing..i guess everyone has a lapse in judgement...
