It's raining like hell, and my roommate just took his dog out for a walk.
Now the roommate has gone out, and his soaking wet dog is in my room, rubbing up against my exposed legs with her saturated fur as I sit at the computer. She also just jumped up on my bed and got the sheets and comforter all wet! :eyes:

Oh well. I guess there are worse problems to have, right?

2. Your roomate is lucky
if it is raining early in the morning my dogs won't get out of bed, they don't like the rain. I actually push them out the door when they decide to move but they turn around and scratch at the door-- they don't want to get wet. It is the battle of the wits here,
my patio side of the door is usually less wet so I run to the patio door open it up shove them outside. Do I sound like a cruel mommy? They can hold it better then I can. My male dog will eventually go out if he needs to go bad enough my female will hold it as long as possible, at least until it quits raining.

Geez I wonder what they would do if there was actually a lot of snow out there.

My male dog will go to the door if it is raining but will back off when he sees the raindrops, my female will not budge from her spot. She knows when it is raining without looking out the door. She knows if it is raining when I don't even know it is raining. She is one prissy female though, will walk around puddles, if it is wet outside she will walk around to find the driest spot. I am one happy person she is not a human teenager.

It is so funny that my female always looks like she just came from the groomer, my male, well, within 30 minutes does not look like he was ever at the groomer. Sorry I guess I'm rattling on....

Such wimps!
