not a typo -- my 9 year old niece had an eye exam at the school -- they determined she needed glasses and was color-blind.
my sister took her to eye-doctor last week -- and yep -- she needs glasses and is red-green color blind. Color-blindness is more prevelant in males than females -- although rare - some girls/women are also color-blind.
My brother is also red-green color-blind, as was a maternal grandfather.
he would show up in the red pants, orange shirt outfit alot, this has become a trend for repugs to wear the orange court appearance shirt and red fish net stockings to thier parole hearings.
All three of the children (2 girls, 1 boy) from my grandfather's sister and her first husband. My grandmother said that she was the first to notice it in the two oldest when they came over and were coloring things a bit creatively.
