I was sitting here trying to rationalize why DU couldn't be 'located.' :tinfoilhat:

Then I went EVERYWHERE, trying to find mention of why DU was down. No luck.

OK, when this contingency plan is put in place, we gotta make sure we ALL get it. I don't like it when the site where all the plans are, all the good folks are, all the hope is, cannot be found.
