3. not tech savvy but
I did last night and couldn't log on this morning.My password had suddenly changed to something unintelligible.Replaced password everything now fine.

5. hmm, hadn't considered a wide problem, but
Yahoo!Mail was difficult on Saturday, and Hotmail has been acting up lately.

I hadn't considered that there might be something broadly affecting email.
