I'm a fellow Virginian and have to admit to not following Warner's governor stint too closely. I'll be sure to be follow Kaine/Kilgore, however! Wouldn't Rove and Norquist have a field day with Warner over the tax hike? What reason(s) did Miller give as to why Warner would be a "fine candidate"?
