in 2003 (or was it 2004?) someone came to DU and named itself after the preposterous terror-alert level that shouldn't even exist on the dumb chart becuase of course no one would ever set the threat chart to "Low". nevermind that no one ever refers to the threat level as code-anything, therefore the whole point of the name never makes any sense.

anywho, this person has this strange mental preoccupation with turning into some sort of robot-plant hybrid that performs covers of j-pop songs from the 90's, but is too damn poor and lazy to do the work to get there!
