Anyone awake in the West!
I'm looking at a pre-dawn event in the eastern sky, courtesy of Jupiter, Venus and the moon! Quite something to behold. Check it out...

7. Morning, Left Coasters!
I'm in Santa Cruz, CA, well inside the "West Coast Reality Bubble." I have to go to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving to see all my wacko evangelical relatives. Wah!

Anyone else feel completely out of place when they leave the Coast? I can't even find decent food in OK, let alone sane folks.

Feel very lucky to live here.

A typical overcast day, so nothing to see here. At least it's not raining.
