I had all my pre-op tests today for knee surgery
I bet it took longer than the actual surgery! Good God, why does it take so long to draw blood and do an EKG. Freaking hospitals ! I'll be damned glad when this entire week is over.. Way too much stress to deal with. But I did get a vicodin prescription!

4. I didn't want you to worry about me
I was just complaining about waiting so damned long. I do wonder why you felt it necessary to even reply to this though :eyes:

6. please keep us posted ...
mrs. wt2 is probably having her ligament repair in january ... any info about your experience would be appreciated ... btw, my mega-tip for preventing post-surgical nausea is a drug called ZOFRAN ... they'll probably tell you they use something else that works just fine ... trust me ... tell them you want Zofran ...

11. My surgeon told me the same thing
it's been 20 years since I've had surgery so hopefully new drugs will help more. I'm more worried about the nausea than I am the pain :-)
